Role: UX/UI Designer
Location: London - Oxford Street
Working Plans: Remote with 2 days a week in office(One of which has to be a Wednesday
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 + share options

We are working with a tech start-up that describes themselves as a community-driven platform that helps owner-led businesses save time and money and understand, embrace and manage the essential tech and tools they need to succeed.
Currently there are 11 staff, with high-growth plans to expand to over 40 over the next 2 years.
They are now looking for a UX/UI Designer to help design and drive the design piece for their products and services.

Essential skills and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of design experience roles demonstrating leadership skills
• Ability to proactively drive design deliverables that reflect what the business requires and respect the needs of the developers who will build and implement them.
• Can show demonstrable experience of leading UI/UX projects by addressing responsive web and native app channels.
• Experience with creating sketches, concepts, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes to refine and accurately communicate designs.
• Problem solving ability with analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability and desire to learn new skills.

Desirable skills and experience:

• Exposure to Zeplin and Overflow
• Being able to offer design support for a range of non-system elements of the business proposition including merchandise, packaging, advertising and promotional materials.
