Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Software Project Manager to join a dynamic team in a Performance Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality software products within a fast-paced environment. As the Product Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development life cycle, from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software products on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are adhered to
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate roadblocks and bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery
• Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders and teams
• Work closely with the Development, QA, Design, and other teams to ensure successful delivery of software products
• Managing an offshore development team of various skillsets in India.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in project management, with a focus on software development and product based projects
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a performance marketing agency or related field is a plus
• Experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Worked on Technical projects that may have included languages such as Python, PHP, Node.JS, Vue and React.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
