Product Manager - technology
Location : Client base is Marston Green / Birmingham Business Park (Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
Salary : £50,000 - £55,000
We are looking to speak to a strong experienced Product Manager who has managed multiple customers within a technology or SASS environment and ideally worked in the labeling and print industry.
Role Purpose:
The product Manager will take ownership of their internal end to end labeling and artwork software product to ensure that all their customers have got a tailored and well-designed and higher-performing service.
The Product Manager is a key role as you will bring to life a three year technology roadmap. The Product Management role is aimed at developing the product for their clients, making it simple to learn and utilise an effective system. You will be creating and overseeing the development life cycles of the product whilst also collaborating with the Chief Technology OFfer and head of Engineering to define the product roadmap, whilst liaising with the Product Team to ensure the Product vision and strategy are realised.
As product manager, you will be expected to identify the customer needs and the wider business objectives that the software product will fulfill, identify what success looks like for a product, and present any ideas to the senior leadership team who will confirm any changes to bring those ideas to life. You will sit between the UX design, the technology and the business in order to achieve the objectives for the business and the needs of our customers.

Due to the nature of the client base, you will be required to be on client sites from time to time - post Covid but will be remote and working from home even after the pandemic calms down.
