Role: Software Development Manager

Salary: £55k - £65k

Office Based - free parking

CX Squared have partnered with a high-growth software payment provider who is looking to continue their expansion plans in 2022. They have offices across the country but their product engineering and development hub is based in Coventry.

We are looking to bring in a Software Development Manager who will be 70% management and 30% hands on and this will be attractive to candidates whom want to keep their technical skills to a certain level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Code reviews and ensuring production of high-quality code
  • Manage two teams of developers
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies that could improve the service for their customers
  • You will manage your team, ensuring regular 1-1's and help put in personal development plans

Essential Skills:

  • C# ASP.NET (.NET, .Net Core)
  • WebAPI / WebServices / WebForms
  • Visual Studio & ReSharper / Visual Studio Code
  • MS Azure
  • .Net Framework 4.0+ & .Net Core
  • Unit & API Testing & Frameworks
  • SQL Server DB Design & Querying
  • Any cloud experience with Azure or similar environments would be highly desirable

Whilst the company promotes flexible working for example being able to help with the school run, they are keen to have you working in the office, so this is going to suit someone who is keen to go back to working in an office environment.
