Project Manager - Marketing Industry

Location: Hale

Salary: £27k - £35k

Working: 3 days in office / 2 days remote

We are recruiting for a marketing and lead generation business that is seeking a project manager who can work in a multi-varied environment to onboard new clients, whilst managing them as a customer success / account manager.

This will involve gathering requirements from a prospective customer and ensuring that they are happy throughout the process.

Due to the nature of the environment, you will have worked in a marketing environment previously or in a software-as-a-service environment as the tech that they use is built in JavaScript including React for the front end.

Responsibilities include:

• Onboarding of new clients, including working with them to understand their needs and managing their expectations throughout the duration of the project
• Briefing new projects to meet all the clients requirements, including creative, digital and development specification
• Resource and workflow planning, including time estimates
• Organisation of the project team, including co-ordinating the creative and development teams to deliver lead generation campaigns
• Time and cost management of projects, ensuring design assets, API interaction and client feedback processes are delivered to an agreed deadline and momentum is maintained. Where required escalating any issues and managing them through to a solution
• Project review and improvements, including appraising output against briefs.

Essential attributes:

• Five years plus experience in an marketing agency
• A Project Management qualification
• Experience in leading multiple projects at one time
• Highly organised
• A professional style and an inquisitive and analytical nature
• A keen eye for detail
• Process driven, with the ability to improve process rather than just blindly follow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic
• An outgoing individual with the ability to develop and nurture stakeholder relationships
