Graduate UX Digital Designer - Software products

Location: Birmingham city centre

Salary: £23k - £27k

CX Squared have been asked to build a brand new product engineering team which currently stands at one CTO, to a team of 12 in the next 6 months.

Due to the nature of this new team, the dynamics and culture are very important and therefore they are seeking for someone to be based in the office predominantly for the first 3-6 months and then they will be look to go to hybrid working.

What Your Role Will Look Like:

• Key focus on the full design life cycle : User Research, Visual Design, Usability and feedback improvement.
• Release Support
• Mock Ups, Test Specs and User Stories
• Defining the Product Requirements
• Understanding customer and user needs
• Constantly keen to innovate and improved processes and internal products and projects.

Experience Ideally Wanted:

• Background and passion with UX principles and usability interfaces
• Experience of using Adobe software products
• Software and Web application project experience - desirable
• Worked ideally in a software environment or interest in
• Has a digital or online portfolio

This role is to be based in Birmingham, so whilst you will work remotely, POST-COVID, you will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week as they seek to build the culture and values of this business is so so important, and they want to maintain the face to face experience with all their teams once we are able to.
