Role: Angular Front-End Developer

Salary: £35k - £45k

Location: Remote - (need to be able to get to Manchester once a month)

CX Squared an ecommerce tech business that have reformed the multi-channel retail industry helping household names diversify their ecommerce offerings.

They are based just outside of Manchester City centre where they have been based for over 4 years now and are looking for a talented Angular developer to join the team based in Manchester. This is a largely remote role for home/remote working and currently they have no mandated minimum number of office days

Responsibilities:

• Working in the development team, you will be involved in maintaining, extending, and improving the frontend frameworks and infrastructure that are used across their multiple digital customer experiences and sales channels. Their frameworks power the omni-channel experience of some of the leading high-street retailers both in the UK and internationally and are built to be resilient to customer demands.
• Software design, working with other teams to plan a solution
• Extend and improve frontend frameworks
• To provide framework knowledge and technical expertise to the broader support teams
  Experience

Essential Skills:

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, object oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with Angular 6+
• Adept at writing well documented, readable and maintainable code
• Solid HTML, CSS and CSS pre-processors eg. LESS, SASS knowledge

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks, eg. Mocha, Jasmine, Karma
• Experience with other frontend JS frameworks, e.g. AngularJS, React
• Experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience building, deploying, and managing microservices, using technologies such as NodeJS and Serverless
• Cloud computing services, e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure
• CI/CD Pipelines, e.g. Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins
• Using or building RESTful APIs
