We are looking for career changers / graduates who are keen to start a career in IT Support where you will manage the service desk whilst having a career development plan put in place to support your growth both technically and progressing through the business.
Essential Skills:
- Windows knowledge
- AD and basic windows support knowledge
- Great communication and confident to deliver a solid customer service on a varied basis.
- PC builds and hardware knowledge would be highly beneficial
Responsibilities include:
- Identify, investigate, diagnose, and resolve ICT problems and queries raised by users so that guidance and advice can be offered, and solutions found while keeping users informed of progress.
- Operate in line with Service Level Agreements and company policies while using and adapting ITIL processes to provide and maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
- Liaise with external specialist agencies and experts to assist with finding resolutions to queries.
- Developing a business relationship with clients in a manner which is positive, proactive, and timely to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction is maintained.

We are looking to add a junior IT Support Windows Engineer who will be based out of London Euston to join a small MSP for a high profile government project.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a growing 1st and 2nd line team with career opportunities to learn new technologies and be part of a Microsoft and windows environment. Due to the growth of the business, you will have career opportunities available to yourself being part of a team and company that has scaled from 20 people to 85 over the last 18 months.
NB. You will need to obtain security clearance, so will need to have worked/resided in the UK for the last 5 years from to date.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite escalation point for both users and client IT members
- Assisting Operational Delivery Manager with monitoring of ticket management across the team
- Provide 2nd line "deskside" technical support to customers on a variety of devices, systems and technologies, with elements of 1st line support also required via a "Tech Hub" facility
- Manage the incident and request queues for EUC, sharing workload amongst the team
- Create and maintain high quality technical documentation and provide accurate customer specific reports
Essential Skills:
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Window 10 desktop operating systems
- Experience of managing Microsoft Active Directory
- Competent with Microsoft server operating systems
- An solid appreciation of application and OS deployment mechanisms
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of Cloud storage solutions, Sharepoint, Box, etc.
- Agile working environment experience
- Achieved, or be working towards, an MCSE
- MCITP qualification in Windows 10 Desktop Administration
- Experience of Mac OS and iOS devices

We are looking to speak to an experienced IT Support Engineer who ideally has experience within a SaaS environment where you will be supporting around 65 - 70 users in both the UK and off-shore.
This role will suit someone who is looking for a junior IT Support role or a second job after school / apprenticeships.
Role Purpose:
The post holder is responsible for supporting the Head of IT & Infrastructure in ensuring that the Company's network and cloud infrastructure and associated systems run smoothly and perform within agreed targets.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be expected to provide day to day support to internal framework which includes workstations, desktop and laptops with local and remote users. The infrastructure is largely Cloud based which includes AWS relating to company software and Cloud services. Software Deployment Pipeline which requires support with the delivery of software into the Cloud as a member of a newly formed DevOps group.
Essential Skills:
- Have experience of working in a 1st / 2nd line IT support role.

Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 - 6 month FTC
We are looking to an ambitious 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer who is a whiz with Windows environments, is happy to take a issue and project and run with it, whilst having a team of collaborative colleagues to call upon.
This is a back-office infrastructure role NOT deskside, so the level of complexity is high.
Essential Skills:
- Administration and support of MS server OS to provide 2nd line support
- Administration and support of MS Azure platform
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to the client on a wide variety of systems and technologies
- Regular reporting on systems within the customer's estate, including; server backups, AV and patch management
- Assist with the identification and delivery of technical solutions that will deliver service improvements to the client and its user estate
- Assist with the analysis of repeat calls and identify and implement fixes for underlying problems
- Perform visits to sites throughout mainland UK to ensure end user satisfaction levels remain high
- Create and maintain high quality technical documentation and provide accurate customer specific reports
