Pre-Sale Solution Consultant

Location: Client base is Marston Green / Birmingham Business Park (Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We are looking to speak to an experienced Pre-Sale Consultant who has experience within a technology or SaaS environment.

Role Purpose:

As a Pre-Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing customers using our in-house software and other managed service solutions. This position encompasses tender documentation, product demonstrations and assisting the sales team.

You will be analysing the target prospects and markets to determine the ideal solution for a given client. You will also actively be driving and managing the Pre-Sales process with direct customers pitching products and services. Providing technical assistance and guidance by identifying customers technical and business requirements. Identifying, evaluating, and recommending proof of concept opportunities. Supporting the Sales & Marketing teams and account managers on proposal activities. You will also be required to attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.

As a pre-sale consultant, you will be expected to identify the customer needs and the wider business objectives. Create new and enable existing relationships internally and externally. Identify opportunities to sell technical solutions to the customer and prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm in order to achieve the objectives for the business and the needs of our customers.

Due to the nature of the client base, you will be required to be on client sites from time to time - post Covid but will be remote and working from home even after the pandemic calms down.
