The business does not have your "traditional" IT teams such as 1st, 2nd or 3rd line, but a team of doers, who enjoy flexibility and variety in responsibilities and supporting the team to get "the job done".

This role will suit someone who could be in a fairly varied role now, who understands the IT Infrastructure and networking environment, who could be in a "second line" type role, doesn't mind getting on the phones to support clients and wants an expansive route into a more 3rd line / infrastructure role, but this role will be anything but "same old" or "boring" IT responsibilities.

We are looking to speak to an experienced IT Support Engineer who ideally has experience within a SaaS environment where you will be supporting around 65 - 70 users in both the UK and off-shore.

This role will suit someone who is looking for a junior IT Support role or a second job after school / apprenticeships.

Role Purpose:

The post holder is responsible for supporting the Head of IT & Infrastructure in ensuring that the Company's network and cloud infrastructure and associated systems run smoothly and perform within agreed targets.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be expected to provide day to day support to internal framework which includes workstations, desktop and laptops with local and remote users. The infrastructure is largely Cloud based which includes AWS relating to company software and Cloud services.
