Digital Account Executive
Salary: £20k - £25k
Location: Birmingham, Jewellery Quarter
Remote Working - 2 days a month in office for collaboration and meetings

This role will help to plan and deliver effectively to their clients with a specific focus on their website and technical clients. You'll be co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously to achieve excellent client service, output and outcomes and also be developing good relationships with their digital and website clients which includes support on large website builds as well as primary day-to-day contact with ongoing website maintenance and support clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day delivery of projects on designated accounts
- Ensure all account admin is in place - contact reports, statuses etc. as required
- Possess an understanding of your clients' objectives and collaboratively work with your team and with internal departments to deliver on these aims
- Develop long-term successful relationships with clients to encourage retention and satisfaction
- Develop personally by keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies and opportunities
- Provide high-quality briefs, idea generation and campaign execution
- Become familiar with relevant legal and regulatory restrictions relevant to the campaigns you're involved in
- Take ownership of the accuracy of work you're involved with
- Take ownership of understanding results and ensuring that these are fed to the senior team to inform onward strategies and tactics
- Foster positive internal relationships with different departments
- Positively support and demonstrate the agency's values, personality and essence
- Ensure that all written output is to corporate standards
- Ensure that the terms and stipulations outlined in the staff handbook are understood and adhered to
- Protect the agency's commercial interests at all times with special regard to income and relationships

Please note: this role will require you to be in the office, this is a remote role where you will travel to the offices 2 days a month or when there are client meetings, which are a ten minute walk from New Street or you can get to the Jewellery Quarter Station as well.
