Location : London Euston
Salary: £20,000 - 22,000
We are looking to add a junior IT Support Windows Engineer who will be based out of London Euston to join a small MSP for a high profile government project.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a growing 1st and 2nd line team with career opportunities to learn new technologies and be part of a Microsoft and windows environment. Due to the growth of the business, you will have career opportunities available to yourself being part of a team and company that has scaled from 20 people to 85 over the last 18 months.
NB. You will need to obtain security clearance, so will need to have worked/resided in the UK for the last 5 years from to date.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite escalation point for both users and client IT members
- Assisting Operational Delivery Manager with monitoring of ticket management across the team
- Provide 2nd line "deskside" technical support to customers on a variety of devices, systems and technologies, with elements of 1st line support also required via a "Tech Hub" facility
- Manage the incident and request queues for EUC, sharing workload amongst the team
- Create and maintain high quality technical documentation and provide accurate customer specific reports
Essential Skills:
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Window 10 desktop operating systems
- Experience of managing Microsoft Active Directory
- Competent with Microsoft server operating systems
- An solid appreciation of application and OS deployment mechanisms
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of Cloud storage solutions, Sharepoint, Box, etc.
- Agile working environment experience
- Achieved, or be working towards, an MCSE
- MCITP qualification in Windows 10 Desktop Administration
- Experience of Mac OS and iOS devices

Working Plans: Remote with 1 day a week in office
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 + share options
We are working with a tech start-up that describes themselves as a community-driven platform that helps owner-led businesses save time and money and understand, embrace and manage the essential tech and tools they need to succeed.
Currently there are 10 staff, with high-growth plans to expand to over 40 over the next 2 years.
They are now looking for the first Front-End Developer who will work on the architecture and front-end development together with support from the head of design and product owner.
Essential skills:
- A high proficiency in range of front-end technologies and concepts.
- Very strong TypeScript experience.
- Lead the front-end architecture and development for the application
- Knowledge of and exposure to ReactJS (or possibly other popular JS frameworks such as VueJS or AngularJS)
- Knowledge of CSS (and CSS frameworks) within a JS framework
- Experience of GraphQL.
- Experience of integrating with a headless CMSs delivering various forms of content
- Knowledge of, and experience with, cloud-based development (ideally using AWS).
- Proven, demonstrable experience of working on commercial websites or applications.
- An appreciation for good website design.
- Problem solving ability with analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability and desire to learn new skills.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience with web animation (within ReactJS)
- Experience with web analytics toolsets
- Experience of NextJS or other JAMstack frameworks
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Experience of test-driven development, pair programming and version control.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, end-to-end web testing tools.
Advantageous skills and experience:
- Some experience with back-end development and knowledge of one or more back-end programming languages (ideally Clojure, Java or similar).
- Experience with infrastructure as code.
- Experience of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with database technologies.
